We are a startup and spin-off of the University of Florence. We develop sentiment analysis software for customer experience management. We help you analyze customer opinions, make decisions, and measure results, day after day.
								All our solutions are based on Quon, a proprietary analytics platform that uniquely integrates artificial intelligence with a new philosophical theory of affect.
Using Quon, we can automatically analyze a large number of documents, discover whether they express opinions, and identify their subject matter and sentiment. When other types of data are available, we use them to improve the analysis.
We are able to understand not only whether the opinions expressed are positive or negative, but also whether they express any emotion and whether they are opinions indicative of attitudes of value, such as loyalty.
We pay close attention to data visualization. Thanks to Quon, we can automatically present results with different levels of detail, allowing both experts and non-experts to gain actionable insights.
